write for your life

a retreat for restoring your creativity during times of resistance

restore, recover, reinvent

Your sense of creativity as a radical act in a time of cultural resistance

When the world feels heavy, it can feel like your words don’t matter.

If you find yourself questioning your voice, your purpose, your ability to create meaningful work—if you’ve been struggling to access your creativity or wondering how to write authentically in turbulent times, you’re not alone.

In fact, I’m with you—so I’m hosting an intimate day-long workshop designed specifically for writers who want to recover or tune more deeply into their creative frequency, and find grounding amidst the chaos.

what you’ll experience

  • Nature and Nourishment. Set on farmland in Hammonton, NJ, step away from screens and reconnect with the natural world that has inspired writers for centuries. Coffee, beverages, and lunch (with GF and vegan considerations) is included.

  • Curated Creativity Meditations. Begin the day by releasing creative blocks and mental clutter, clearing your vessel and creating space for fresh inspiration to flow. End the day by reconnecting and committing to your purpose.

  • Writing Practice + Community. Engage in carefully crafted exercises designed to support you in accessing abundant creativity and exploring how your unique perspective is exquisitely essential right now.

who you’ll spend the day with

  • Your hosts: me (Katel LeDû) and activist, artist, and grief steward Sara Wuillermin—in whose beautiful home we’ll gather.

  • Featured guest and expert guide, Allison Dru will lead our meditations.

  • A small group of folks just like you!
